Industry use case
Google Reviews for Restaurants & Cafes
Turn diners into five-star reviews on Google right at their table.
How it works
How ReviewPro works for Restaurants & Cafes
For coffee shops, bars, bistros, and full-service dining, reviews are the lifeblood of local search optimization. Diners look up nearby food spots on Google Maps. ReviewPro helps you place compact standees on tables so customers can easily scan, review, and share their dining experience.
The problem
Asking busy waiters to request reviews is inconsistent, and customers often forget to review by the time they get home.
The solution
Place QR code standees on tables, next to menus, or on bill folders. The diner scans the QR, selects their rating, gets customized AI-assisted reviews detailing 'great coffee', 'excellent brunch', or 'delightful service', and submits in seconds.
Placement
On dining tables, drink coasters, and inside bill folders.
Key features
- Table-specific printable QR standees
- Dynamic AI menu recommendations in review drafts
- Private feedback loop for dining complaints (direct to kitchen manager)
AI-assisted drafts
Example review suggestions
When customers scan the standee and select 5 stars, ReviewPro drafts keyword-aware options like these. They can edit, or write their own.
“The food was absolutely delicious and the espresso was brewed to perfection! Friendly service too.”
“Cozy atmosphere, fast service, and the best pastries in town. Highly recommend this spot!”
“Wonderful dining experience! The servers were attentive and the chicken burger was incredibly tasty.”
