How online ordering works

From a scan on the counter to a completed order, with the customer kept informed at each step.

  1. Step 1

    Customers open your catalogue

    They scan your Catalogue QR or open your link and see your items with photos, prices, variants such as sizes, and add-ons such as extra toppings.

  2. Step 2

    They place the order

    They add items to the cart, fill in their details and pay you directly by UPI ID or payment QR. No payment gateway is needed.

  3. Step 3

    The order lands on your dashboard

    You get a real-time alert with the items, the total and the customer's details. When WhatsApp ordering is switched on, customers can also send the order to you on WhatsApp.

  4. Step 4

    You update the status

    Move the order from New to Accepted, Ready and Completed. The customer follows along on a status page and can get an email at each step if you turn emails on.

Questions people ask

Does ReviewPro take a commission on orders?
No. Customers pay you directly by UPI, so the money goes straight to you. You pay only the monthly plan price.
Do I need a payment gateway?
No. Customers pay to your UPI ID or payment QR. That keeps setup simple and avoids gateway fees.
Can customers order on WhatsApp?
Yes, when you switch on WhatsApp ordering. Customers send their order to your WhatsApp number from the catalogue and get status messages as you accept it, mark it ready and complete it.
Will customers be asked for a Google review?
When you mark an order completed, the customer can receive a link to rate you. Happy customers post on Google, and anyone who rates 1 to 3 stars first sees a private feedback form, with a Go to Google review anyway link always shown.
Can I use it for appointments instead of products?
Yes. The same catalogue can list services, and appointment booking connects to Google Calendar, so you can take orders, bookings or both.
