1. Information We Collect
At ReviewPro, we believe in collecting only the minimum amount of data required to provide a high-quality review automation and customer feedback service. This includes:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up using Firebase Auth.
- Business Profiles: Location names, types, addresses, and Google Maps public review links.
- Customer Ratings & Feedback: Ratings, AI-selected text reviews, and private feedback messages submitted by users scanning your business QR code standees.
- Google Credentials: Secure OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens if you link your Google account to enable review reply automation.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect solely to operate, maintain, and improve the ReviewPro platform:
- To generate custom business QR codes and printable standees.
- To route positive customer feedback to Google Reviews while capturing negative ratings privately.
- To allow you to read, analyze, and reply to Google and private feedback reviews.
- To trigger email notifications when new negative feedback requires your attention.
3. Google API Data Usage
When you connect your Google Business Profile with ReviewPro, we request authorization to read and manage review data. We strictly comply with Google APIs User Data Policy:
- We only use OAuth access tokens to retrieve Google reviews for your dashboard and publish responses you explicitly draft or approve.
- We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google OAuth tokens or Business Profile review data to third parties under any circumstances.
- You can disconnect your Google account from the Reviews Inbox at any time, which immediately deletes all associated OAuth credentials from our servers.
4. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your personal or business data to advertisers. We secure your information using industry-standard protocols, hosting our services on Google Firebase and Vercel. We may share data only with trusted infrastructure subprocessors:
- Google Cloud & Firebase: For hosting, user authentication, and secure Firestore database storage.
- Gemini AI (Google): For generating context-aware review response drafts.
- Resend API: For delivering real-time notification emails to owners.
5. Your Choices & Deletion Rights
You have full control over your business data. You can edit your profile details, link or disconnect third-party integrations, and completely delete your account. Deleting your account will permanently wipe out all associated locations, QR codes, analytics history, and private feedback logs from our Firestore database.
